Terms & refunds

Licence. Your purchase gives you a personal, lifetime licence to use the Unghost Kit for your own business, including sending its templates to your own clients. Please don't resell or redistribute the kit itself.

Refunds. If Unghost doesn't help, email unghost50@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Not legal advice. Unghost is a writing and organising tool. Its templates, clauses and calculator are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Late fees and interest can only be claimed where your contract or local law allows. For significant debts, consult a qualified professional.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the price you paid.

Payments are processed by our checkout provider, which acts as merchant of record and handles applicable sales tax and VAT.
